Global Oriental Vision is a non-profit student organization founded by Chinese overseas students. We are dedicated to building a platform of communication for students studying abroad. Our mission is to facilitate information-exchange and experience-sharing among these students, in the form of this website, conferences, and volunteering trips. Cover Letter,说明信,是一封最先给別人到的信。上面简要介绍你的动机和你的材料中都包括什么内容,这是给人的第一印象。事实上,Cover Letter 比简历威力还大。Cover Letter是简要地介绍自己的优势,用相对友好的口吻快速告诉招聘人自己的吸引之处。下面是几个要点告诉我们如何写好Cover Letter:

1.逻辑要清晰

Cover Letter最忌讳散乱,因此在动笔前,写下最主要的几点,用逻辑化的顺序连接起来。一般的格式是:为什么选择这份工作,这家企业,为什么你是合适人选(举例说明),最后是联系方式。

2.短小精悍

Cover Letter不宜太长,既然它是简历的一部分,那么就应该概括的介绍,而不是事无巨细。

3.做足功课

招聘人员在看简历和Cover Letter的时候,会试法感受你是只是要份工作,还是真正理解这家公司的目标和状况。

4.个性突出

简历比较公式化,Cover Letter你可以让自己的用语个性化一些,但是注意不要太随便,既有特色又不失专业面貌为佳。

5.联络信息

很多公司,尤其是那些招聘频繁的公司,Cover Letter不一定会保存。所以最好Cover Letter和简历上面都放上你的联络信息
